This study is a produce of conversations between CEOs, Board members and Executive Search firms to explore new leadership paradigms. With a half-century legacy of achievements and heading into the next 50 years, IMD International Search Group starts a new chapter in presenting this research. This publication aims to support companies and their leadership.
Insights from client companies – IMD Partners interviewed a panel of CEOs and Board Members of national or global companies in 18 countries. From small companies to large international groups, publicly owned of private companies, including family owned businesses, in the 5 industry practices in which IMD operates.
Insights from IMD Partners – IMD Partners were also asked to reflect themselves on the topic of the research, to provide a different view with their extended experience as Senior Consultants.
The result is this report exploring the following themes:
